Validuty guide

Validuty keeps permits, people and site checks in one record that operators, vendors and field workers share. Work starts only when every check on it passes, and when something blocks it, Validuty says what, why and how to fix it.

There are two ways in:

• The console at app.validuty.com, in a web browser. Operators and vendors use it to plan work, run permits, manage people and vendors, and report.
• The field app on an Android phone. Field workers use it to check in, sign on to permits, report incidents and answer a muster. It keeps working with no signal.

Pick where to start

• You run a site or a company’s HSE. Start with Getting started as an operator, then read Permits to work.
• An operator invited your company. Read Joining as a vendor.
• You work on site. Read The field app.

What you see depends on your role

The console shows each person only what their role needs. A supervisor or a vendor’s admin sees about a dozen pages, not all of them. If a page in this guide isn’t in your menu, your organization hasn’t given your role access to it; ask your organization’s admin.
