For vendors and contractors
An operator asked you to join Validuty. Here's what happens next.
Your client runs permits and site access in Validuty, so your company, your crew and their certificates need to be on it before work starts. It costs you nothing to work on their sites.
From invitation to the gate, in five steps.
Your company profile and your crew's certificates are kept once, for every operator you work for.
Open the invitation
The email comes from the operator and names the site and the work. The link is for your email address only and works for 14 days. If it has run out, ask them to send it again; you'll get a fresh link.
Create your company, or sign in
New to Validuty? The link creates your company's account and we email you to set a password. Already on Validuty for another operator? Sign in and accept. One company works for every operator you serve.
Work through the checklist
Your client's page opens on a checklist: your company profile, their prequalification, and every rule they hold you to. Each item says what's missing and where to fix it, and the list shows how far you've got.
Add your crew
Add your people and their certificates. Each worker gets a site pass and the field app, which works with no signal.
Bring your subcontractors
Invite them from Validuty the same way the operator invited you. They work under your company and are held to the same rules.
What your company gets out of it.
Less chasing for paperwork, fewer surprises at the gate, and a record you can show the next client.
One profile for every client
Your company details, prequalification answers and crew certificates are kept once and shared with each operator you work for.
Know what blocks your crew
See what's stopping work this week, in order, with the fix for each item, before your people reach the gate.
A job book you can hand over
The records of a job are compiled into one sealed document, signed off by both sides, that anyone can check later.
Questions vendors ask
Do we pay to use Validuty?
No. Vendors, contractors and their workers pay nothing to work on an operator's sites, however many operators they work for.
Our invitation link has expired. What now?
Invitation links work for 14 days. Ask the operator to send the invitation again from Validuty; the new email carries a fresh link.
We work for several operators. Do we need several accounts?
No. Your company has one account. When another operator invites you, sign in and accept, then work through their checklist. Your company profile and your crew's certificates are already there.
Who can see our company and crew information?
An operator sees your company and crew for the work you do for them, and never your work for another operator. Each worker's passport carries their own consent and an access log, so they can see who looked.
We haven't been invited. Can we join anyway?
Validuty works by invitation from the operator who hires you, so ask your client's HSE or contracts team to invite your company. If you'd like to use Validuty on your own yard or projects, book a demo.

Running your own yard or projects too?
Use Validuty on your own sites, with the same crew and the same records. We'll show you in thirty minutes.
